CHOCTAW CENSUS-1885 – Gaines County, Moshulatubbee District

Compiled by Monty Olsen in 2005 one of our volunteers, this book contains an index of the 1885 Choctaw Census for Gaines County, Moshulatubbee District. It shows the head of the family all living in household, ages, male or female, Indian or white.  It gives their occupation how many acres in cultivation, how many horses, mules, cattle sheep, goats and hogs they have.  It shows bales of cotton, bushels of corn, wheat and oats if they have any.     Indexed, 32 pages.
