Compiled by Marion Traer Downs, volunteer, this volume is a transcription our microfilm of Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory court records for Jackson & Kiamichi Counties from 1866-1906, Jackson County, Permit, County and Probate Court Records, Kiamichi County Treasurer, Circuit Court and Probate Court records Volume 1, 309 pages.  Indexed All the men in the picture are named inside and are also in court records. Top left to right Edwin Dwight, Phillip Johnson, Craven Belvin, Bottom, Davis Homel (Homer), Isaac Washington McClure, 1832-1892, in the middle of the front row and Joe McClure.

One of our members by the name of McClure gave me the pictures.  There are no pictures in the court records.
